Visitors who can provide the following documentation are eligible for one free carer’s ticket. Please note that this ticket is valid only when accompanying a visitor who has purchased a full-price ticket and is limited to one carer per visitor. Any additional members of your group will need to purchase tickets at full price. When you arrive, you will be required to show proof of eligibility to our reception team. If no valid documentation is presented, you may be asked to pay full price for entry. Accepted documents include:
– A Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Attendance Allowance award letter (dated within the last 12 months).
– A Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter (dated within the last 12 months).
– A valid and current Blue Badge.
– A letter from your GP or consultant (dated within the last 12 months) confirming the need for a full-time carer (this does not need to be a diagnosis letter).
We DO NOT accept access cards as proof of disability.
